This is the story of Johnny Wimbrey who overcame life’s adversities and has empowered masses for greatness. Johnny was marked with one of his first memories in life of living in a battered women’s shelter to growing up on the hard-core streets as a young drug dealer.
After several near death experiences Johnny decided it was time to flip the switch and refused to let his past determine his future. At the age of twenty, he became a temporary licensed insurance agent with no experience, and within six months of being in the insurance industry, Johnny received recognition as a top fifty producer in a national marketing agency.
In less than a two year period, moving from senior agent, to district manager, to regional manager, on to regional Vice-President overseeing the states of Texas and Oklahoma, Johnny found himself in the position of training experienced regional managers to recruit, to manage, and to teach sales development skills for well-known national agencies.
After recognizing the high demand for his services, Johnny decided to use his skills for a higher purpose. His passion is to create success stories by helping others experience financial, spiritual, and emotional wealth. Johnny Wimbrey has been interviewed on national radio talk shows and television networks as a young success story.
If he can make it coming from such a harsh environment, imagine what you could do!
Can Wealth Be Measured In Time?

You’ve no doubt heard the old adage, “time is money”. Well that got me thinking!
I value every minute of my time and I spend most of it on my business, so if something takes me away from it, then theoretically I’m not being paid.
However, I believe there is an exception to this rule. How much does it cost to spend “time” with your family or friends? This is time you’ll never get back. I thought about this today as I was looking after my delightful 15 month old granddaughter.
She takes up a whole lot of time, but I wouldn’t trade it for any amount of money.
Do I care if I don’t get a blog post written today?
Do I care if I don’t do the research I had teed up to do today?
Do I care if my eBook doesn’t get started today?
Do I care if I don’t list any items to sell on eBay today?
I could go on and on about the things I was going to achieve today, but does it really matter? It will all still be there tomorrow. So today I get to play with this beautiful little girl, and believe me, she is a delight to have around.
My “time” with her being this little is so short and I can’t get it back so I’m taking every opportunity I can to spend it with her.
Take some “time” out of your day to spend it with a loved one because it will be gone before you know it!
Increase Your Self Esteem

This article was written by Denis Waitley and I’d like to share it with you. Following are six behaviors that increase self-esteem, enhance your self-confidence, and spur your motivation. You may recognize some of them as things you naturally do in your interactions with other people. But if you don’t, I suggest you motivate yourself to take some of these important steps immediately. First, greet others with a smile and look them directly in the eye. A smile and direct eye contact convey confidence born of self-respect. In the same way, answer the phone pleasantly whether at work or at home, and when placing a call, give your name before asking to speak to the party you want to reach. Leading with your name underscores that a person with self-respect is making the call. Second, always show real appreciation for a gift or complement. Don’t downplay or sidestep expressions of affection or honor from others. The ability to accept or receive is a universal mark of an individual with solid self-esteem. Third, don’t brag. It’s almost a paradox that genuine modesty is actually part of the capacity to gracefully receive compliments. People who brag about their own exploits or demand special attention are simply trying to build themselves up in the eyes of others — and that’s because they don’t perceive themselves as already worthy of respect. Fourth, don’t make your problems the centerpiece of your conversation. Talk positively about your life and the progress you’re trying to make. Be aware of any negative thinking, and take notice of how often you complain. When you hear yourself criticize someone — and this includes self-criticism — find a way to be helpful instead of critical. Fifth, respond to difficult times or depressing moments by increasing your level of productive activity. When your self-esteem is being challenged, don’t sit around and fall victim to “paralysis by analysis.” The late Malcolm Forbes said, “Vehicles in motion use their generators to charge their own batteries. Unless you happen to be a golf cart, you can’t recharge your battery when you’re parked in the garage!” Sixth, choose to see mistakes and rejections as opportunities to learn. View a failure as the conclusion of one performance, not the end of your entire career. Own up to your shortcomings, but refuse to see yourself as a failure. A failure may be something you have done — and it may even be something you’ll have to do again on the way to success — but a failure is definitely not something you are. Even if you’re at a point where you’re feeling very negatively about yourself, be aware that you’re now ideally positioned to make rapid and dramatic improvement. A negative self-evaluation, if it’s honest and insightful, takes much more courage and character than the self-delusions that underlie arrogance and conceit. I’ve seen the truth of this proven many times in my work with athletes. After an extremely poor performance, a team or an individual athlete often does much better the next time out, especially when the poor performance was so bad that there was simply no way to shirk responsibility for it. Disappointment, defeat, and even apparent failure are in no way permanent conditions unless we choose to make them so. On the contrary, these undeniably painful experiences can be the solid foundation on which to build future success.
Mentor and Trainer Bob Proctor

In 1990, my husband and I were distributors for Bob Proctor’s program “You Were Born Rich”. You may or may not know that Bob Proctor is one of the main presenters of “The Secret”. We completed our one on one training with Bob and his wife Linda, in Toronto, Canada. We then promoted it throughout Queensland, Australia.
The one thing that Bob taught us in those early days, was to write down a goal, read it every day, send it out into the Universe, take the action steps needed to achieve it, and then wait for it to happen. Sounds a bit “airy fairy”, but we have proved many times that it works. If you don’t have a set goal you don’t know in which direction you’re heading.

Are you carrying a little more weight than you’d like to? Do you want to lose weight but don’t know how?
The Reason You Can’t Lose Weight has Nothing to Do With Your Will-Power, Over-Eating or the Right Diet! … The Reason You are Fat and Unhealthy is Because You Have Disgusting Plaque and Horrible Little ‘CRITTERS’ Living in Your Guts!
…And Now I’m Going to Show You How to Get Rid of All of It so You Can Shed 10 lbs, 25 lbs, 50 lbs even 100 lbs or more - and Keep It Off FOREVER!!
Ask yourself …
Do you really want all this junk living inside your guts?
This is harmful Plaque - Everybody has it. But to keep from getting sick and to be able to maintain a healthy body weight you MUST get rid of it now!
If you don’t, it will eventually cause you to not be able to lose weight (regardless of how much you diet and exercise!) and eventually it will kill you!
Just look around you as more and more diet foods, magic diets, diet fads, health foods & even drugs supposedly designed to make you lose weight become available, people are nevertheless getting FATTER and FATTER and LESS and LESS healthy!!
You don’t need such-n-such medical agency or someone at CNN telling you a bunch of fluffed up statistics and misleading numbers when all you have to do is ask yourself this easy question:
“Why is it that we have 21st century medicine and the greatest resources available to us on earth now more than ever, but people are just getting fatter and more and more unhealthy?”
Never let anyone argue against your reasoning, and keep this question in the back of your mind no matter what - and regardless of what someone else may say!
More importantly, try asking this question above to everyone you know, including doctors and health professionals, and see what kind of answers they give you.
Here’s a fact that may shock the daylights out of you!…
Japan refuses to accept a single export from the United States in meat & dairy produce!
Now, what does that tell you? That Japan is snobby? Nope! That Japan citizens hate milk and meat? Come on, you know better than that!
What it REALLY tells you is that the Government of Japan is on to something few (if any) people really know about! - That our foods have been filled with “unnatural” things that they aren’t supposed to have!
Find out how you can regain your health and lose weight by reading the Top Secret Fat Loss SecretThis book will show you how to:
1. Lose weight (and really keep it off for good!)

Is Your Goal Realistic?

When we set a goal we tend to either go for something short term and that has a fairly certain chance of being achieved, or we go for something that is totally outrageous and it would take a lotto win or a miracle for it to happen eg. making 1 million dollars in a month when we haven’t taken any action to make that amount of money!
I’ve found through personal experience, that making a goal that you know can be achieved within a short period of time, providing I take the action needed, will be successful. This is how my house was built. My husband and I didn’t have enough for a deposit but I’d set a goal to be in my own home before my daughter got married which was 5 months later.
I put $100 to hold a block of land, found the house I wanted built and just happened to meet a builder who was willing to build the house while we saved. Our house was completed before the wedding and we were amazed at what we had achieved in such a short amount of time. If you want something bad enough the universe will listen and by taking appropriate action, you can make it happen!
Good Health = Wealth

You don’t need money to make you wealthy. If you come from a loving family environment, then you’re already the wealthiest person on the planet!
If your health is not the best then all the money in the world isn’t going to make you feel better. We don’t need “things” in our lives to keep us healthy. Having the love and security from family and friends is the key to happiness. We all need money to survive, but if that was suddenly taken away from us, what would we have left? We’d have the people around us who love us and want to take care of us. Isn’t that worth all the money in the world?
There’s the inspirational story of Lauren Huxley, a young Australian girl who cheated death and feels very blessed that she’s still alive.
Ms Huxley suffered horrific and life-threatening injuries when she was repeatedly beaten by a heavy fibro cutter and suffered severe head and facial injuries inflicted by a “heavy, hard object”. She also suffered chemical burns after her home was set alight.
Her facial injuries included numerous bone fractures, brain hemorrhages and severe lacerations and there was bruising to other parts of her body and chemical burns to her back, elbows, buttocks and lower limbs. She had been in intensive care for 23 days, undergoing “multiple organ system support” for life-threatening injuries sustained in the attack. She had suffered significant brain damage, and had no memory of events before or during the attack.
She has come through the horrific attack being able to talk and walk again, when her parents were told that she probably wouldn’t, and she has survived. She’s a beautiful young woman who is very grateful just to be alive, and I’m sure her family would have given up everything to help save her.
Her health became the most important thing in their lives, and all the money in the world wouldn’t have had any meaning if they’d lost her.
Why Aren’t I Wealthy Yet?

This is a question I’m sure many of us have asked ourselves many times. I’m doing all the right things, associating with the right people, and educating myself doing all kinds of courses, yet I’m still stuck in a rut! What do I need to succeed?
Having the right mindset should be the first item on your agenda, because without it you’re not open to new ideas or new ways of thinking. If you’ve read biographies about people who have “made it”, the one thing they all have in common is that they believed they would be wealthy. They changed their way of thinking believing they were already wealthy, even though their bank account showed that this was not the case. I’ve spoken to many entrepreneurs who’ve really made it, and they’ve all told me that the word “can’t” wasn’t even in their language. They always told themselves, “I can do it!”
Start taking steps now and change your way of thinking. It can change your life!
